The Cabernet Sauvignon vines are dry farmed in shallow, rocky, low-vigor soil that adds to flavor intensity. This 2002 vintage wine is friendly and approachable with all of the aromas and flavors that are characteristic of a classic Cabernet Sauvignon. Black currant, black cherry and plum are softened by a discernable vanilla flavor from ageing in American oak. The 2002 Cabernet Sauvignon boasts a graceful texture and a polished finish.
