Our 2001 Trésor uses the best block selections from all of our ranches and is then barrel aged for 26 months to soften the tannins. The nose reflects aromas of slight chocolate-mint from specific blocks of Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. The finished product has a dark, glowing, garnet red appearance with flavors of black cherry and plum, mingled with warm cedar, eucalyptus and the sweet toast of French oak. The finish is long and smooth.
